  Q.Who will be cleaning my home?
 
    A. The owner will come to every home. With a qualified, professional team.  
       
  Q. Do I need to purchase any special supplies or equipment?
 
    A. No, your cleaning team will bring everything with them. If you do have any of your own preferred products, please let us know and we will be happy to use them.  
       
  Q.Where is my key kept between appointments? What about my garage code?  
    A. Your key will be tagged with a code for our reference, it is not identified with your name or address. The key never leaves the owners hand, and returned to the office where it is kept secured between appointments. Same for the garage code.  
       
  Q. What should I do about my security system?  
    A. We suggest that you program a separate code for us.  
       
     
  Q. What happens if my regularly scheduled cleaning falls on a statutory holiday?  
    A. We will contact you to reschedule your appointment. We  accommodate your needs when rescheduling.  
       
  Q. How do I pay for the service?  
    A: We accept a checks cash or paypal. We ask that you leave the payment on the kitchen counter.  
       
  Q. What if I need to change my cleaning appointment?  
    A. Not a problem, we ask that you give us 24 hours notice so that we can adjust our schedule.  
       
  Q. What if something is damaged when my home is being cleaned?  
    A.Although we take the most care when cleaning your home, sometimes accidents do happen. If breakage or damage happens as a result of our cleaning we will make every effort to have the item repaired or replaced if repairing is not possible. Insurance claims will be filed when necessary.  
       
  Q. What do I need to do before the cleaning?  
    A. We ask that general straightening up be done before we arrive. That assures we perform our job to the efficiantcy we strive for.  
       
  Q. Why should I hire White Glove Cleaning Service instead of any other company or individual?  
    A. White Glove Cleaning Service takes every possible precaution in hiring the most qualified trustworthy individuals available. All of White Gloves professionals are bonded and insured and all of them are covered by worker’s compensation insurance. This means if they should have an accident while cleaning your home you are not responsible for their medical bills. Many homeowners are not aware of their potential personal liability for work related injuries if the person or company they hire does not carry this insurance.  
       
  Q. Do I need to sign a contract?  
    A. No. You may cancel service at any time. White Glove Cleaning Service also reserves the right to cancel your service at any time.  
       
  Q. How do you monitor quality?  
    A.  Perfection is our number one priority and we want you completely satisfied. Perfection is performed each and every visit.  
       
  Q. Do I need to be home?  
    A. Most of our customers are not home when we clean their homes. We keep detailed information about each client's home cleaning or special instructions and information regarding pets, access, and alarm codes.  
       
  Q. What about pets?  
    A. Pets are not a problem. However, we do need to know if you have them and we would like to have the pets’ names. Also, if any pet is aggressive we ask that you secure them while we are cleaning your home. If they are friendly we will be happy to clean around them. Our teams are instructed not to enter a house if they believe an animal is a threat. Please remember that pets may behave differently if a family member is not present.
We do not feed or clean up after your pets.
 
       
  Q.What if something is missed or not cleaned properly?  
    A.Simply call our office at (309) 725-3399. We assure perfection at every visit to your home. Every room is checked before we leave. Your complete satisfaction is our number one priority.  
       
  Q. What about "special requests"?  
    A. We love special requests! Please communicate any additional chores, services or cleaning procedures you desire directly to our office at (309) 725-3399. Every effort will be made to accommodate you.  
       
  Q. Should I tip the workers for a job well done?  
    A. Tipping is neither required nor expected, but always appreciated. If you do choose to leave a tip, cash is the preferred method of currency, and it will be shared equally by your cleaning team. An occasional note to the team, when they really impress you, would mean a lot.
